PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular package tray that enables to obtain high sound insulation effects with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A plurality of cell parts 20 define hollow parts 22 in-between a passenger-compartment side-wall part 12 facing a passenger compartment 40. They are formed on a luggage-compartment side-wall part 14 facing a luggage compartment 42 so as to be located apart from the passenger-compartment side-wall part 12. Accordingly, each sound-absorption space part 28 is formed by the hollow parts 22 communicating with each other. Each opposite face part 26 opposite to the passenger-compartment side-wall part 12 is more thinly formed than the passenger-compartment side-wall part 12 in each cell part 20.
