PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool efficiently a bearing of an eccentric shaft. SOLUTION: In a housing 2, there is provided an intake 2b capable of introducing outside air and an exhaust port 2c capable of exhausting the outside air introduced to the inside of the housing 2. Besides, there is provided a guide plate 12 which exhausts the outside air from the exhaust port 2c after the outside air has been introduced from the intake 2b to the bearing 5 of the eccentric shaft 4a of a driving shaft 4.
