摘要 A method for modifying the surface of hydroxyapatite calcium phosphate nanocrystal is provided to produce the hydroxyapatite calcium phosphate nanocrystal having excellent dispersion stability in an aqueous solution. A method for modifying the surface of hydroxyapatite calcium phosphate nanocrystal includes the steps of: (1) reacting calcium hydroxide, phosphoric acid, and 3-mercaptopropionic acid in-situ to prepare hydroxyapatite nanocrystal containing both hydroxyl groups and thiol groups on the surface of the hydroxyapatite nanocrystal; and (2) graft-polymerizing a vinyl group-containing polymer on the thiol groups present on the surface of the hydroxyapatite nanocrystal containing both hydroxyl groups and thiol groups through a radical chain transfer reaction to modify the surface of the hydroxyapatite nanocrystal. Further, a weight average molecular weight of the vinyl group-containing polymer is 10000 to 100000 g/mol.
