<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet which is effective in emitting display light in a hue according to the design without a sense of incongruity when being finally viewed by a viewer by removing unnecessary coloring in such a process that light from an optical source is produced as the display light, and to provide a backlight unit using the optical sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical sheet used for controlling an illumination light path in the backlight unit for display, on the surface of a lens sheet having a lens part made by forming a unit lens group in parallel and the opposite side surface of the lens part, a light reflection part is provided to a region which includes a non-light condensed surface by the lens part and a light transmission part is provided to a region other than the light reflection part respectively, and the light reflection part (and/or the upper part or the lower part of a layer constituting the light reflection part) contains a coloring pigment or a coloring dye. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
