PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber composition for tire tread which can restrain the adhesion of the rubber composition to a device, in a kneading process and/or an extrusion process of the rubber composition. SOLUTION: At least, one kind of release agent component selected from the group consisting of a fluorine-based phosphate and its salt, is used in the kneading process and/or the extrusion process of the rubber composition. The fluorine-based phosphate is represented by formula: (RfR<SP>2</SP>O)<SB>a</SB>P(=O)(OR<SP>1</SP>)<SB>b</SB>(OH)<SB>c</SB>(OM)<SB>d</SB>or (Rf'R<SP>3</SP>O)<SB>e</SB>P(=O)(OX)<SB>f</SB>-O-äP(=O)(OH)O}<SB>j</SB>P(=O)(OR<SP>4</SP>Rf")<SB>g</SB>(OH)<SB>h</SB>(OY)<SB>i</SB>. [In the formula, Rf, Rf' and Rf" are a 4-20C fluoroalkyl group etc.; M is an ammonium group etc.; R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-5C alkyl group; R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>are a 1-5C alkylene group etc.; "a" is an integer of 1 to 3, "b", "c" and "d" are an integer of 2 to 0; X is a hydrogen atom, an ammonium group, etc.; Y is an ammonium group etc.; "e" is 1 or 2, "f" is 2-e; "g", "h" and "i" are an integer of 2 to 0; "j" is an integer of 0 to 3].
