Gain of target reaction force torque Tm* is adjusted by a gain adjustment part 43. During the vehicle behavior stabilization control, when the turned angle correction valueδ<SB>FB</SB>* is a predetermined value or less, a gain control part 40 raises the gain relative to the turned angle setting valueδ<SB>FF</SB>*, descends the gain relative to the turned angle correction valueδ<SB>FB</SB>*, and descends the gain relative to the target reaction force torque Tm*.
