PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering device which further stabilizes vehicle behavior by suitably performing vehicle behavior stabilization control. SOLUTION: A turned angle setting part 31 determines a turned angle setting valueδ<SB>FF</SB>* according to an operation angleδh. A turned angle correction value operation part 34 determines a turned angle correction valueδ<SB>FB</SB>* according to deviationΔγof an actual yaw rateγand a target yaw rateγ*. A target turned angleδ* is determined using a turned angle setting valueδ<SB>FF</SB>* and a turned angle correction valueδ<SB>FB</SB>* gain-adjusted by gain adjustment parts 41, 42. Gain of target reaction force torque Tm* is adjusted by a gain adjustment part 43. During the vehicle behavior stabilization control, when the turned angle correction valueδ<SB>FB</SB>* is a predetermined value or less, a gain control part 40 raises the gain relative to the turned angle setting valueδ<SB>FF</SB>*, descends the gain relative to the turned angle correction valueδ<SB>FB</SB>*, and descends the gain relative to the target reaction force torque Tm*.
