PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for successively guiding a plurality of destinations set, even when a vehicle strays in the neighborhood of the destination. SOLUTION: A vehicle stray determination device 1 includes: a map information database 10 for storing map information, capable of setting the position of the destination; a GPS mounting unit for detecting the current position of the vehicle; a vehicle speed detector for detecting the speed of the vehicle; a parking and stopping equipment signal input device 40 for detecting that equipment is operated during parking or stopping of the vehicle; and a control part 50. The control part 50 determines that the vehicle strays, when the vehicle speed detected with the vehicle speed detector 30 is a prescribed value or larger, or it is not detected that a parking brake 42 or a hazard lamp SW44 has been operated with the parking and stopping equipment signal input device 40, even if the vehicle speed is smaller than the prescribed value, when the current position of the vehicle detected with the GPS mounting unit 30 is in a prescribed range, from the position of the destination set in the map information database 10.
