PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction of a protective circuit due to a parasitic operation when the potential of the base of a transistor becomes unstable. SOLUTION: The protective circuit 7 is constituted of an inverse transistor system, the base of the respective transistors 10-12 is connected to a collector, and thus the potential of the base is fixed to the potential of the collector. Thus, as compared when opening the base as before, the potential of the base is stabilized, and the following malfunction can be prevented wherein the transistor is turned on by the parasitic operation or the like even when the potential is applied to a parasitic base as noise. Also, the potential of the base is stabilized, so that, the transistors 10-12 of the protective circuit 7 are surely turned ON when a surge current is generated, thus the protective circuit 7 absorbs the surge current to flow to the GND.
