PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method suited for pattern forming using an offset printing method. SOLUTION: A linear black layer 16b is formed on a front glass substrate 11 by the use of a black paste composition by an offset printing method, and on this black layer not yet baked, a white layer 16a with a narrower line width than the black one is laminated by the use of a white conductive paste composition by the offset printing method. By simultaneously baking the thus-formed two black and white layers, a bus electrode 16 composed of the black layer and the white layer is formed as one of processes comprising the manufacturing method. The black paste composition used for forming a black-color film includes the black layer contains 10 to 50 wt.% of black oxide powder, 5 to 30 wt.% of glass powder, and the rest of organic series vehicles, and an average particle diameter of the black oxide powder is 0.1 to 0.5μm, and a specific surface area of the black oxide powder is 5 to 50 m<SP>2</SP>/g.
