PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently acquire trace information necessary for debug work. SOLUTION: This memory access trace information acquisition device comprises: a memory access address acquisition part 103 acquiring an access address accessed by a CPU 101 by execution of a debug target program; an address storage part 104 storing the acquired address; an offset value calculation part 105 calculating an offset value from the stored latest address and one-preceding address; an offset value storage part 106 storing the offset value; an offset value comparison part 107 comparing the one-preceding offset value with the latest offset value, and deciding whether two sides accord or not; a counter 106a counting a frequency of accordance when the two offset values accord; and a memory access address information output part 108 outputting the offset value and a base address that is a reference of an offset, and the frequency of the accordance of the offset values, when the two offset values do not accord.
