PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide light system for confirming the radiation position of stimulus light, in advance, using a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The microscope has a function of giving luminous stimulus to a sample by irradiating the sample with a laser beam, and a guide light source for emitting guide light that indicates the irradiation position of the laser beam before the stimulus. The guide light source is movable and is arranged, in a state where it disturbs the optical path of the laser beam, and in a state where it does not disturb the optical path of the laser beam.
