PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram transfer foil that gives a light diffraction effect of a beautiful and high luminance metallic hologram or transparent hologram and can be transferred onto a non-planar surface of a curved surface or an irregular shape surface of a molded product or the like. SOLUTION: The hologram transfer foil comprises a water-soluble substrate 11, a hologram layer 15, a reflection layer 16 and a swellable adhesive layer 19, sequentially layered, and is used for a liquid pressure transfer method comprising coating the adhesive layer with a swelling liquid, laying the foil on a liquid to float, partially or wholly settling an object to be transferred having a curved surface from the upside toward the coated surface down under the liquid surface, taking out the object from the liquid, and removing the substrate from the object surface.
