A light emitting diode illuminating equipment (1) comprises a heat-dissip ating plate member (11); a plurality of heat-dissipating fins (17) extending from the heat-dissipating plate member (11); a plurality of heat-conducting members (12) connecting to the heat-dissipating plate member (11); a plural ity of diode light-emitting apparatus (13) connecting to the corresponding h eat-conducting member (12); a plurality of optical devices (14), each of whi ch corresponds to one of diode light-emitting apparatus (13) and adjusts the shape of light field of each diode light-emitting apparatus (13); a barrel (15) including a first circumference and a second circumference, the first c ircumference is joined to the heat-dissipating plate member (11) and formed an inner space for receiving the heat-conducting members (12) and diode ligh t-emitting apparatus (13); and a transparent shield (16) jointed to the seco nd circumference of the barrel (15). |
