PREPARATION METHOD OF CORE HARD BALL USABLE AS ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVITY FILM

A method for preparing core hard balls for anisotropically conductive films is provided to produce the core hard balls having improved electric conduction characteristics and insulating characteristics, excellent thermal stability, and increased hardness. A method for preparing core hard balls for anisotropically conductive films includes the steps of: (i) adjusting a mixed solution to pH 7.0-14.0, wherein the mixed solution is obtained by mixing an ammonia-containing compound with water; (ii) adding an emulsifier to the mixed solution to prepare an emulsion; (iii) adding silane or a mixture thereof to the emulsion, mixing the admixture, and subjecting the mixture to hydration and condensation; and (iv) stirring the reaction mixture solution at 5-80 °C to form organic silane-based compound particles.
