FIELD: container. ^ SUBSTANCE: device consists of vessel represented with metal cylindrical volume and metal oil supply pipes and oil outlet pipes coming out from vessel bottom with taps and pumps. Metal dome with relief valves, ventipanes, hatches, oil level meter, and fire fuse and control instrumentation. Metal bottom is connected to vessel bottom. Metal stairs are connected to the upper part. Besides, the device is provided with pleated oil-stable metal polymer chamber located inside with air-conducting nozzle coming outside through vessel dome. Chamber changes evenly in volumes as soon as vessel is filled up with oil or oil is pumped out the vessel. Besides, oil is supplied and pumped out through oil supply or oil outlet pipes. Device also includes elements stacked above each other and connected between each other with metal pipe equipped with water pump, metal gas collector with water solution of common salt and common salt water solution collector. Metal hatch and nozzle with tap is connected with the top of common salt water solution collector. Metal gas exhaust pipe with tap is connected to the upper part of part of gas collector. Vessel dome and upper part of gas collector are connected by metal gas supply pipe with tap. Metal shower is located on vessel bottom.
