MONOLITHIC REFRACTORY MATERIAL, ITS PRODUCTION METHOD, AND METHOD FOR EVALUATING EASINESS IN KNEADING OF MONOLITHIC REFRACTORY MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monolithic refractory material, wherein satisfactory fluidity can be obtained by the reduced amount of water to be added while suppressing the energy to be applied upon kneading to the minimum, thus the improvement in the quality and the reduction in the variation of the quality in the applied body are attained.

SOLUTION: The monolithic refractory material according to this invention, is a monolithic refractory material having a fine particle region with particle diameters of 45 to 500 μm according to measurement by a sieve, wherein the abundance ratio of secondary particles composed of primary particles with the particle diameters of ≤45 μm in 100 vol% of the above fine particle region is <7 vol.%.
