PEST-CONTROLLING METHOD AND PEST-CONTROLLING DEVICE, AND LED LAMP FOR THE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp for pest-controlling devices, capable of emitting in high efficiency yellow light enabling repelling insect pests, thus contributing to reducing the number of such pest-controlling devices, their power consumption and cost, and to maximally uniformly illuminate the substantial whole to-be-illuminated area necessary for pest control in a farm using the LED lamps to surely control insect pests and ensure the growth and blooming of agricultural/horticultural products not to be affected.

SOLUTION: The LED lamp for pest-controlling devices comprises a combination of a light-emitting element consisting of a semiconductor and emitting blue light or near-ultraviolet light with peak wavelengths of 370 nm to 480 nm and a fluorophor emitting yellow light with peak wavelengths of 560 nm to 580 nm with the light as exciting light. These LED lamps are to be dispersedly arranged so that the illuminance in the substantially overall to-be-irradiated area necessary for controlling insect pests in a farm B fall within the range of 1-10 lx.
