PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly, positively, and evenly carry out circulation of indoor air by providing optimum use in a location such as a house, an office building, or a hospital, and attachment to a ceiling face or the like, in regard to a circulation device for indoor air, and a circulation method for indoor air. SOLUTION: A fan 3 is a centrifugal fan F1 provided so as to control a rotation speed of a motor M, in a housing 6 having a suction chamber 4A and a delivery chamber 5A in an interior. The suction chamber 4A communicated with a suction opening 7 and provided in a fan inlet side I, an air duct part 8 provided in a centrifugal direction of an outlet O-side, and the delivery chamber communicated via the air duct part are bent and continuously provided. A downward flow W delivered from a delivery part 5 includes swirling jet flows W, T, or a strong turbulent jet flow.
