<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MIMO antenna device mounted on a wireless communication apparatus and capable of achieving wireless communication of high quality as compared with conventional techniques independently of an environment where the wireless communication apparatus is used. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna element 10a has feeding points Q1-1, Q1-2 on mutually different positions to receive a first wireless signal. An antenna element 10b has feeding points Q2-1, Q2-2 on mutually different positions to receive a second wireless signal. A controller 60 controls a switch 21 to select the feeding point of the first antenna element 10a so that the level of the first wireless signal is made maximum and controls a switch 22 to select the feeding point of the second antenna element 10b so that the level of the second wireless signal is made maximum. A MIMO decoding circuit 70 MIMO decodes a demodulation signal of the first wireless signal and a demodulation signal of the second wireless signal through the switches 21, 22 and outputs the MIMO decoded signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
