PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a reservation by checking whether or not a device/function which is a cause of conflict can be substituted, retrieving a device/function for substituting the device/function which becomes the case of causing the conflict and used for reservation when it can be substituted and generating reservation information using the substituted device/function when the device/function causes the conflict with other already made reservation and the reservation can not be made when the device/function is reserved. SOLUTION: A viewing and listening reservation device 0001 displays an EPG screen of a program broadcast by its broadcasting system from digital broadcast and Internet broadcast, etc. at a state that a plurality of tuner devices is connected, selects a specific program from EPG screen display to reserve viewing and listening reservation of the program. In addition, the viewing and listening reservation device 0001 is constituted by including an EPG screen generation means 1001, an EPG screen display means 1002, a program selection means 1003, a tuner device selection means 1004, a tuner device substitution flag setting means 1005, a viewing and listening reservation setting means 1006 and a data storage means 1007.
