PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which distributes a video image of a person for photography in a timely manner. SOLUTION: A monitoring video notification system notifies the video image in which use equipment such as an opening/closing gate apparatus and an archive are photographed and the system is characterized by being comprised of: an IC card which stores notification destination information; the use equipment which reads the notification destination information stored in the IC card to instruct a network camera to notify the notification destination information of a photographed video image and the network camera which photographs the use equipment according to photography conditions of the use equipment to transmit the photographed video image to the notification destination information.
