PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensor capable of easily raising resolution. SOLUTION: A first imager 11 and a second imager 12 are formed on one face of a substrate 10, and a subject image is formed on the first imager 11 through a main optical system (20), and a plurality of pixels for photoelectric conversion of the image are arrayed in the first imager 11. The subject image is divided and formed on the second imager 12 through divided optical systems (30 and 40), and a plurality of pixels for photoelectric conversion of the image are arrayed in the second imager 12, and a relative positional relation between the pixel group and the subject image in the second imager is shifted from that in the first imager 11.
