PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bypass capacitor check system and method, and an electronic device, not overlooking a deletable bypass capacitor, and not deleting a bypass capacitor required when a branch point is present in a wiring line. SOLUTION: An effective bypass capacitor decision part 23 compares a power supply source route evaluation value calculated by a power supply source route evaluation value calculation part 21 and a bypass capacitor route evaluation value calculated by a bypass capacitor route evaluation value calculation part 22 to decide whether the bypass capacitor is effective or not, that is, effectively functions or not. A deletion bypass capacitor decision part 24 decides presence/absence of a surplus bypass capacitor from a decision result decided by the effective bypass capacitor decision part 23, and extracts the deletable bypass capacitor. A result output part 30 displays a decision result of the deletion bypass capacitor decision part 24 and the decision result of the effective bypass capacitor decision part 23 on a display device.
