PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration detecting device, excelling in stability of temperature sensitivity. SOLUTION: The acceleration detecting device is provided with VCXOs 8a to 8c, equipped with tuning fork type quartz crystal elements 20a to 20c as resonators; phase comparison circuits 4a to 4c for comparing the phases of output signals of the VCXOs 8a to 8c and the phase of output signals of a reference oscillation circuit 2; LPFs 5a to 5c for extracting and outputting the low-pass frequency components of the phase difference signal outputted from the phase comparison circuits 4a to 4c; and high-gain amplifier circuits 6a to 6c for amplifying the output signals from the LPFs 5a to 5c. A part of output signals outputted from the high gain amplifying circuit 6a to 6c are outputted as the acceleration detection signals Sα1 to Sα3, and also a part of output signals outputted from the high-gain amplifier circuits 6a to 6c for controlling the oscillation frequencies of the VCXOs 8a to 8c.
