PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner for reducing the difference between the higher temperature and the lower temperature which is capable of sufficiently ensuring the air supply volume in a face mode. SOLUTION: In a bi-level mode for supplying the conditioned air from both a face opening part 22 and a foot opening part 24, a mixing promotion unit 253a is arranged on the air flow downstream side of a mixing space 19. In a face mode for supplying the conditioned air only from the face opening part 22, a rib 11 formed inside an air-conditioning case 11 overlaps the mixing promoting unit 253a. In the vehicular air-conditioner for reducing the difference between the higher temperature and the lower temperature, the air supply volume from the face opening part 22 can be sufficiently ensured in the face mode.
