PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body structure of a vehicle having a three-section seat of short overall length. SOLUTION: The body structure of the vehicle comprises right and left doors 8 arranged on the right and left sides of a cabin, a driver's seat 62, a first front passenger seat 64 and a second front passenger seat 66 which are arranged on a cabin floor 76 successively from any one side of the right and left doors, and a luggage compartment floor 84 behind these seats. The driver's seat is directed forwardly in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, and at least the first front passenger seat is directed in a diagonal direction so that a front portion of the first front passenger seat is separated from a front portion of the driver's seat in plane view.
