PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice milling apparatus which informs a user of a maintenance time and maintains the degree of rice milling. SOLUTION: The rice milling apparatus measures a determined amount of unpolished rice from an unpolished rice tank to supply to a rice milling room and polishes the unpolished rice with a rotary type polishing brush arranged in the rice milling room for the determined time to discharge it, wherein this apparatus has a means for detecting the polished rice from the determined amount of unpolished rice as a time of operation, a means for remembering as accumulated operations while counting the accumulated operations by being connected to the detecting means, and a means for displaying the accumulated operations.
