LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC WATER HEATER FOR SANITARY USES AND ROOM HEATING

Low voltage water heater consisting of a suitably sealed and electrically insulated container in which an electric current is generated between electrodes immersed in water and with a potential difference that produces heat as a result of the heating of the fluid's molecules. Once this process starts the hot molecules rise and push the cold ones downwards. The heated water is used for sanitary purposes or for room heating by means of suitable diffusers. The heater can be suitably powered by electricity in a number of different ways. In fact, the appliance can make use of electric power produced by alternative energy sources such as photovoltaic or wind energy, used also in combination, or by hybrid energy sources (electric and alternative energy) by means of a 12 or 24 volt power source connected to the domestic network. It is an ecological system which does not introduce CO2 in the atmosphere. The heater has a compact structure wherein the fluid is sealed and electrically insulated inside a heating container. The individual elements of the heater are: a heating container with a water inlet and outlet, two container heads, an electrode stand, the electrodes, two insulating and two support washers, two contact plates and two electric connection terminals.
