#CMT# #/CMT# The arrangement has a training equipment (10) i.e. stair equipment, that spends mechanical energy by manual actuation. An electrical generator (12) is coupled with the training equipment for converting a part of the mechanical energy into electrical energy. An external device e.g. supply device (16), hot water system (20) and a storage battery (22), converts actual supplied energy into secondary energy, where the external device receives the electrical energy from the generator. The storage battery is arranged away from the training device. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Arrangement for producing electrical energy to an electrical device using a training equipment e.g. bicycle, rudder device, crosstrainer and stepper (all claimed), home trainer, trampoline, stair equipment and ski touring equipment, that is utilized by a sport-driving person. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The electrical generator is coupled with the training equipment, such that operation of the generator is performed via muscle power thus enabling the generator to produce the electrical power from the mechanical energy that is generated during the operation of the training equipment, and hence the mechanical energy is utilized in a better manner.
