An input section (101) receives an input of search target information on facilities as targets of a search. An extraction section (102) extracts, based on the inputted search target information, waypoint information on facilities from map information representing a desired search region on a map. A calculation section (103) calculates, by using the extracted map information, inter-facility distances in a combination of at least two or more facilities out of the facilities. A decision section (104) decides, based on the calculated inter-facility distances, a combination of two or more facilities which is the result of search according to the search target information. Then, a creation section (105) creates search result information by using waypoint information on the two or more facilities forming the decided combination. An output section (106) outputs the search result information.
