<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correlation peak detection method and wireless receiver in which a correlation peak can be speedily detected by improving a probability of correlation peak detection in a correlation peak detection block (F0 block) using a conventional default frequency in an IF carrier frequency. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a correlation peak detection method and wireless receiver wherein a deviation amount holding circuit 18 inputs and stores information on a rough frequency deviation amount from a rough frequency deviation detection unit 16 and information on a precise frequency deviation amount from a precise frequency deviation detection unit 17, when demodulation is completed, stores the information on the rough frequency deviation amount and the information on the precise frequency deviation amount during last reception demodulation as frequency deviation amount information during demodulation and during next intermittent reception, outputs the frequency deviation amount information during demodulation to a carrier data generation unit 13 in the F0 block, and the carrier data generation unit 13 generates carrier data on the basis of the frequency deviation amount information during demodulation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
