<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting apparatus which improves heat radiation performance and prevents a visible light emitted using a phosphor having an emission peak wavelength on a low wavelength side, from being absorbed by a phosphor having an emission peak wavelength on a long wavelength side when two kinds of phosphors have different emission colors. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting device has: a mounting substrate 20 having an LED chip 10 mounted thereon; a sheet-like first color converting section 61 formed of a red phosphor (first phosphor) to be excited with a blue light emitted from the LED chip 10 for red light emission and a light-transmissive material; and a second color converting section 62 containing a green phosphor (second phosphor) to be excited with a blue light emitted from the LED chip 10 for green light emission.
