PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an information management system into a management system of information security.

SOLUTION: The management system of information security in the information management system for utilizing a service center of the information management system and information service by retrieving required information data through an information communication network, comprises various databases composed of a company information registeration means for registering required company information in a Website of the service center; a company information registeration means for registering company information required for user companies; a document preparation means for the information management system required for the user companies; a consulting means for the required information management system from the user companies; a system checking means for providing the document checked result to the user companies; a document registeration means for registering reference document files provided from the user companies; a file transfer means for transferring the files of the documents or the like to terminals on the user company side.
