<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a budget management accounting system that enables smooth fund operation by making it possible to develop a budget and to easily make decisions about cash management based on the budget in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The budget management accounting system includes a data input means 2 for inputting basic setting data for setting basic transaction items and transaction data for setting specific transaction details; a data changing means 11 for changing, based on result data, i.e., actual transaction results, budget data that is planned based on the data thus input; a budget/result data registeration means 12A for registering both the result data when the budget data is changed and remaining unchanged budget data; a book creation means 132 for creating, based on the budget data and the result data, books such as cashbooks where budgets and results coexist; and data output means 3, 4 for outputting the books formed to the outside as images or by printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
