PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of correctly analyzing a tread part of a tire. SOLUTION: A method for modeling a tire model used for the numerical analysis by using a computer comprises a step S1 of providing a three-dimensional body model by dividing a body part excluding a tread pattern part by N (N is an integer not less than 2) equally in a circumferential direction of the tire using a finite number of elements, a step S2 of providing a three-dimensional tread pattern model by dividing the tread pattern by M (M is an integer greater than N) equally in the circumferential direction of the tire using a finite number of elements, a step S3 of setting a three-dimensional tire model by arranging the tread pattern model on the outer side in the radial direction of the body model with the axes of rotation being aligned to each other, and a step S4 of keeping the constant thickness of the tread pattern model to be measured on the outer side in the normal direction from the outer surface of the body model by moving a nodal point appearing on the outer surface of the radial direction of the tread pattern model inward of the tire radial direction.
