PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sufficient seat spring up assistance force. SOLUTION: A side face of a seat cushion S1 is rotatably coupled to a shaft body 1 installed between a pair of support brackets 3A, 3B provided on a wheel house inner panel 41, so that a seat main body S can be jumped and stored toward a wall of a cabin. Coil springs 7A, 7B are arranged around the shaft body 1 to apply assistance force during seat jumping. A connection member 6 connecting the support brackets 3A, 3B is provided, and the intermediate position of the connection member 6 is fixed to the wheel house inner panel 41.
