PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually confirm image information by pushing up a moving type monitor body for a front lower part in a cabin mounted with a plurality of monitors adjacent side by side and a comprehensive monitor to allow a driver sitting on a driver's seat to perform safety confirmations of traffic states and road states in the whole car peripheral azimuths with a sweep of the eye and by a good sense of direction and to prevent head-to-head accidents with vehicles advancing from right and left directions in front of the vehicle by advantageously applying a flickering phenomenon generated between the monitors by solving defects of a conventional automobile from a storing chamber provided in an instrument panel to an upper part, and to store the monitor body in the storing chamber in a lower part when the monitor body is not used. SOLUTION: This moving type monitor body mounted with the monitor groups adjacent side by side and transmitted with video signals simultaneously imaging the traffic states and road states in the whole car peripheral azimuths from video camera mechanisms installed on a roof peripheral edge part and a roof of the vehicle can be vertically put in/out of a laterally long opening part opened in the front instrument panel in the cabin.
