PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-mist separator wherein the defective drain of oil from an oil drain pipe by an influence of a flow in a casing is prevented, and the perfect drain of the oil is enabled. SOLUTION: An oil-mist separator 1 is placed in a part of a blowby-gas duct of an internal combustion engine. Oil contained in blowby gas is separated and recovered by the oil-mist separator. The gas passed through orifices 7 formed in a partition 5 in the casing 2 is allowed to collide with a baffle plate 6 to separate and capture the oil. The oil accumulated in the casing 2 is collected to the outside through an oil drain pipe 9. A drain guide 10 is erected in the closest position at the upstream side of an opening 9a on the bottom side of the oil drain pipe 9.
