PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a strength against a load in the circumferential direction of a holder body by forming the screw part of the holder body in a continuous thread structure over the generally entire length and forming a part of the screw part in a generally oval shape. SOLUTION: The cross section of the screw part 21 of the holder body 2 is circular over the generally entire length. Thin slits 22 are formed on both end sides of the screw part 21. The bottom surfaces of the slits 22 are formed in linear flat surface parts 23. The flat surface parts 23 are positioned and mounted on linear parts 55 on both sides of the mounting surface 53. The circumferential rotation of the holder body 2 is restrained thereby. Even if a force to rotate the holder body 2 in the circumferential direction is applied to the holder body 2, it receives a torque at two positions; A and B shown in Fig.b.
