PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifogging agent for films excellent in compatibility with various polyolefins, optical transmission, and long-term antifogging properties. SOLUTION: This antifogging agent for films is composed of a graft type block polymer (A) constituted of (1) a polymer segment composed of an olefin chain having a repeating unit derived from at least one olefin selected from 2-20C olefins as the major constituting unit and (2) a polymer segment composed of a monomer chain having a repeating unit derived from a water-soluble (meth)acrylic acid monomer as the major constituting unit.
