PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication method for plastic working which is applicable in a wide range by solving the problem of the large number of processes, the cost and labor for waste-liquid treatment in a conventional lubrication method for cold plastic working using a chemical conversion treatment; to provide a plastic working method using the lubrication method for plastic working; and to provide a worked material using the plastic working method. SOLUTION: The lubrication method for plastic working is characterized in that a porous layer composed of the same material as that of a material to be worked is formed on the surface of the material to be worked, and then a lubricator is carried on the obtained porous layer. The lubrication method for plastic working is also characterized in that the plastic working is a cold-plastic working, and the porous layer is formed by oxidizing the surface of the material to be worked, and then reducing the oxidized material.
