PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller mill having a good workability while enabling an obtention of a sufficient dispersibility and noncoagulation effects. SOLUTION: The roller mill apparatus 1 comprises a starting point roll 3, an end point roll 5, at least two intermediate rolls 7, 9 installed in a material transfer pathway of the starting point roll and the end point roll, a scraping part 15 peeling a material from the end point roll, and a conveying part 17 conveying the material peeled from the end point roll to the starting point roll.
