The invention concerns metal forming and can be used for obtaining the long bars. A device for reinforcing of long bars is made with possibility of multiple repetitions of the cycles of extrusion of billet with retention of its initial form and sizes according to the three-point deformation scheme through a pair of adjacent openings. In accordance with the invention, the device contains a loading unit and a container of high pressure with working fluid for hydraulic extrusion of billets. In the lower part of the container two dies are located. The first die is intended for hydraulic extrusion of bar and has conical inlet barrel and parallel land, which sizes provide the possibility of completion of hydraulic extrusion of billets with a degree of plastic deformation up to 5%. Under it an angular die is arranged with 90° intersection angle of die openings and diameter of inlet vertical opening, which is equal to the diameter of parallel land of the first die. The diameter of horizontal outlet opening of the angular die exceeds the diameter of its inlet vertical opening by 3-5%. The diameter of vertical channel of container liner exceeds the diameter of inlet vertical opening of the angular die by 10-20%. The invention provides for conducting deformation processing of long billets with reaching of high deformations with retention of initial cross-sectional area of billet with decrease of relative losses for overcoming of frictional forces.
