<p>The invention relates to an audio encoding device and method comprising the transmission of data representing a frequency-limited signal obtained by composition (503) of signals corresponding to each channel of an audio stream with multiple channels (501, 502) and the suppression of high frequencies (504) and, in addition, of information relating to a plurality of temporal filters (509, 510) to be applied for each channel to all of the enriched signal, both to the transmitted low frequency part and to the reconstructed high frequency part. The application of said filters enables the reconstructed high frequency part to be reshaped for each channel and compression artifacts present in the transmitted low frequency part to be corrected.</p> |
