<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audience rating management apparatus capable of inexpensively managing an accurate audience rating at all the time without consuming an uplink bands of a PON (Passive Optional Network) system for an audience rating management. <P>SOLUTION: An OLT 50 comprises a view channel information generation section 55 which calculates the number of IP-STBs 20 for each view channel and outputs it as view channel information 101 on the basis of management information of an LLID management table 52 indicating a relationship of the IP-STB 20 and the view channel. The view channel information 101 outputted from the view channel information generation sections 55 of one or more OLTs 50 is collected by a view channel information collection section 80, and an audience rating management section 90 determines an audience rating on the basis of the collected view channel information 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
