PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information accurately reflecting a user's taste by accurately acquiring each user's taste.

SOLUTION: Store information prepared within a store information storage part 100 is provided to each user. A user taste information storage part 110 stores user taste information T including a taste value for a characteristic item of each genre for each user, and store evaluation information storage part 120 stores store evaluation information E including an evaluation value for the characteristic item of the genre for each store. A store information providing part 130 selectively provides store information having store evaluation information E matched to the user taste information T to the user. When the user browses specific store information or uses a specific store, the specific store is stored as an interested store in an interested store recording part 150. A taste value update part 140 updates the user taste information T based on the store evaluation information E of the stored interested store.
