<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an information sharing support server which, if a nonstandard event different from a standard event occurs during the operation of a plurality of business systems, allows a plurality of departments that provides services using the business systems to cooperate with each other to appropriately and efficiently perform a corresponding business to the nonstandard event; and an information terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: The information sharing support server 10 receives information on a nonstandard event different from a standard event, which occurs during the operation of a business system, from the information terminal device of a department that has obtained the information on the nonstandard event.
