<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display controller which changes a scroll speed with respect to contents not heretofore operated. <P>SOLUTION: A scroll speed determination means 103 determines the speed of the scroll, and scroll displays a plurality of images at the determined scroll speed.
