<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape which does not lower the adhesive force to a lens irrespective of the curvature of the lens. <P>SOLUTION: Notches 25 are formed on the adhesive tape 20 from its peripheral edge toward its center. The notches 25 are formed so as to be a nearly sector shape in which the width increases from the center of the adhesive tape 20 toward its peripheral edge. For this reason, the adhesive tape can be stuck on the surface of the lens without causing wrinkles on the tape itself irrespective of the curvature of the surface of the lens. Therefore, the adhesive force of the adhesive tape 20 to the lens L of glasses does not lower even when water is poured on the lens for cooling it and for removing abrasive material in machining the periphery of a lens. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
