PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radio communication terminal which is capable of reflecting qualitative or quantitative characteristics of respective communication media when selecting a communication path in a network including a plurality of different communication media. SOLUTION: The radio communication terminal includes a radio communication means 302 for transmitting and receiving radio signals, a path information table 307, a communication cost table 308 holding integrated communication costs per communication path, a storage means 305 wherein weight values 306 determined per communication path are stored, and a communication cost calculation means 303 for calculating an integrated communication cost of a communication path which a packet has passed. The radio communication means 302 transmits or a receives a path search packet, and the communication cost calculation means 303 calculates a communication cost from a relay source of the packet to the communication terminal and multiplies the communication cost by a weight value and then adds an integrated communication cost to store it into the communication cost table 308, and the radio communication means 302 broadcasts the path search packet.
